weapon selection

I started working on the weapon selection code from TacoScript last night. It looks really simple, so I'll be off to write my own code. Going to do it STALKER style with one rifle/shotgun and one sidearm. Not a fucking armory. Also, I haven't decided what this gamemode should be themed for. HL2, STALKER, Fallout or just something new? Well.. time is going to tell I guess.

Me like.

Today I worked further on Burma. Starting to turn out pretty well. Worked on some basic HUD, sliding notifications or whatever and a simple knockout function. I don't really know what to use it for yet, but I guess it'll come in usefull some day.

Just the basic HUD, as mentioned.

I'm really getting tired of muffling arround with adding pictures in this shitty WWYIAISDIAS_BASD or whatever. It's a bitch.

Also, I managed to go through all the DSP sounds. Some sound effect system by Valve. It contains everything from the annoying high pitched tone you get when you're damaged by an explosion, and long lasting echoes.
Brilliant.

Just started a new gamemode. Didn't know what to call it, so just named it Burma. No idea why.
Of course it's going to be a HL2 role-play gamemode, as I don't have any idea what else to code. Gonna add more later, maybe..

What a shitty word.

I heard that TnB encountered a lot of trouble due to intelligent people from Tocarno finding exploits. Now the worst part is that nobody fixed it before I told Horsey that adding a delay would block it. But all the sudden, after me offering him the code, he fixed it and the discolights turned on. unce unce unce

Anyways, I want new shoes. Found these on Asos.

Pretty neat imo.

So. I jumped on the bandwagon and made a blog. I've felt like making one for ages, but I wouldn't bother to look for a decent host, that is, untill I remembered Blogspot. So like everybody else, I'm gonna talk about my point of view on communities and their idiotic members. And coding I guess.
